What comes with the 10x10 custom canopy tent?
Every 10x10 ships with the printed canopy, 40mm hex aluminum frame with a lifetime warranty, deluxe roller bag, ropes, and stakes. Side walls and half walls are add-ons you pick during checkout.
Does the frame have a warranty?
Yes. The 40mm hex aluminum frame has a lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong, contact our team and we'll sort it out.
Can I order the canopy without the frame?
Yes. Pick the canopy-only option if you have a compatible 10x10 frame already and just need a printed replacement top. For non-MVP frames, contact us with your tent brand and model before ordering and we'll verify compatibility.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Once we have your artwork, we send a digital proof before anything goes to print. Approve it or ask for changes. Nothing runs until you sign off.
Do you charge extra for multiple colors or complex artwork?
No. Full-color dye sublimation printing is included at no extra cost. Gradients, photos, your full brand palette. No setup fees and no minimum order quantity either.
Should I choose side walls or half walls?
Pick side walls when you want coverage, privacy, weather protection, or a backdrop. One wall or three, your call at checkout. Half walls work better when you want to define your booth space without closing it off. They're useful anywhere customers walk up directly.
What's the difference between single-sided and double-sided wall printing?
Single-sided puts graphics on the outside only. That works when your booth faces one direction. Double-sided prints both faces, worth the upcharge when people see your wall from behind as well.
How many people does setup take?
One person can do it. Two people make it faster, especially when attaching walls.
How should I store the canopy after an event?
Dry it completely before you fold and store it. Wet storage leads to mold, staining, and permanent creasing. Pack it back in the roller bag and it'll be ready to go next time.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes 2 business days after artwork approval. Delivery runs 5 to 7 business days. Need it sooner? Reach out before ordering and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Cheap Gshock replacement, good value
For $13 this is a steal. It's essentially a casio illuminator w larger bright dial, press once for 5 sec of light then goes dark. Date, time (12 and 24hr), stop watch. The basics, all I needed. A+
Edit: updated the waterproofing is non-existent. It's not even water resistant so treat accordingly don't bring into the shower. The face plastic cracked on me from moderate use, still legible and since I don't test it with water not an issue. The buttons are very sensitive so activities like lifting can cause the bottom left button to depress and switch to stopwatch, or engage the stopwatch.
After over a year use I still rank this as a good value. It does the one thing I wish Casio would do is improve light illumination time. The buttons depress easier than Casio's which is a bonus imo, but can be aggravating to some. The water resistance doesn't exist so purchase accordingly.

Great watch, wristband wears out after a while. Uses a Skmei 1251 band.
Watch is reliable, doesn't drift in time too much, very efficient on battery, has gotten complimented on the look a few times and has a nice user interface. It's also great to be able to see the date without pressing any buttons.
The band has fatigued and snapped after many months of putting on and taking off the watch, but If you'd like to find a replacement band, search for Skmei 1251 wristbands.

Inexpensive sports watch that was easy to set up and works well.
I have had this watch for a few days. The included instructions were very basic, but I figured out how to set everything up pretty easily. The watch band is pretty adjustable, fits my fairly wide wrists very well. For the price, about half the cost of the name brand very similar watch it replaced, the watch works well, I am very pleased.

This is a great watch for the price!
I purchased this watch to use mostly down at my cabin. It is well-made, the functions are easy to use, and it has withstood all the abuse I’ve put it through. I wear this while hunting, cutting firewood, riding ATVs, and just running around the timber. If I destroy this watch in six months, it will be well worth the money I paid for it, but I don’t think that’s going happen. It’s stylish enough to wear to the office and just going out. If you’re looking for an every day watch, you’re not worried about destroying, this is the one to get.

Excellent Time Keeper // Terrible Wristband !
The watch itself is fantastic. When I first got it, and set it up, I set it to the time on my computer, which is as accurate as you can get. In the beginning I checked the time accuracy daily. After a few weeks my time checks changed to once, or twice a week. I never had to change the watch's time. The seconds would vary a little, in comparison to the computer clock. But, it never got more than 30 seconds either side of the computer clock. However, the watchband is a big time NO-GO! The buckle, where you connect it on your wrist, can be frustrating most of the time when you are trying to put it on. Once you've got it on, the strap that goes beyond the buckle is held down by a sliding keeper, that slides in and out depending on what you're doing. Terrible design! I wanted to buy a "Twist-a-Flex" wristband, but couldn't find one that matched the unusual design where the straps attach to the watch body. I bought the watch 4 months ago. Today, one of the 4 pins, that connect the straps to the watch body, fell out somewhere, making the watch impossible to wear. Excellent price. Excellent timepiece. Worst design for a wristband that I've ever seen.
